Polyester and Poly blends nonwoven material.
Fifty container loads now and one load per week ongoing supply of clean post industrial polyester and polyester blend baled nonwoven scrap from the manufacturer. This is used in apparel and filtration applications. The pure polyester material is about a third of the entire volume. Most of the material is natural (65%) with some light colors (20%) and dark gray (15%). This is trim and unrolled goods we bale into typical 800 to 1000 lbs. bales. The material can be separated into straight polyester to recycle and then shred the mixed blends for fiber, felt, insulation, stuffing, carpet underlayment, shoddy, etc. We can also include the more valuable roll goods with the whole stream. The rolls are more than 36'' in length and diameters can range from 6'' to 36''.
