Grade 120 is the strongest. BRITISH STANDARD BS 6699.1992
or
UKRAINIAN STANDARD GOST 3476-74
Quantity: 30,000 MT per month, yearly contract, 120000 MT in total
Delivery: CIF Atlantic port, will be disclosed in contract;
Price: Best price available: FOB in port of loading for bulk packaging
and for packaging in 2 MT plastic bags;
Note: We prefer to have a trial 30,000 one shipment Spot Buy whereas demonstrating both sides’ capability of performing and roll over to yearly contract.
Procedure:
Procedure for Spot:
1. Buyer issues Soft LOI with Procedure.
2. Seller acknowledges Buyer’s Soft LOI and issues Draft Contract with proposed Procedure in Soft LOI.
3. Both Buyer and Seller will review, sign and seal the Contract.
4. POF Vs. POP verified by bank to bank telephonic communication:
At pre-arranged window time, Buyer bank officer initiates to call Seller bank officer whereas confirming Buyer’s financial capability to enter the Contract and pay for the lift able quantity, whereas simultaneously Seller bank officer confirming all POP are in the possession at the Seller bank.
5. Upon satisfactory telephonic verification between the banks, Seller bank send SGS Report, Tank Receipt and Test Authorization to Buyer;
6. Upon verification of POP, Buyer issues MT103/23 for Lift and shipment able Quantity.
7. Payment release against Title Transfer.
Procedure Evolving into Contract:
8. Buyer bank provides BCL for the balance of XXX MT via Secured Fax.
9. Seller provides Full POP to Buyer.
10. Upon verification of full POP, Buyer bank issues Non-Operative MT103/23 or RDLC for the value of one month shipment.
11. Seller issues 2% PB to make bank instrument operative.
12. Shipment commences, and payment releases, as per the Contract, against Title Transfer.
