Mac Saturn Model 62 X 40HT Stationary Shredder; T-0169.
This shredder is just like brand new only having been operated 82 actual hours. You couldn’t get a nicer or better machine unless you purchased a brand new machine at a considerable higher price. We will send the present set of knives in the machine off to have them hard-surfaced since these machines are generally sent from the factory with standard (unhardened) knives. We would set the shredder up to have a split chamber design so that the machine would perform both primary and secondary shredding. The first 2/3 of the cutting chamber (Primary) will have 2” (2) HOOK blades installed, and the other 1/3 of the cutting chamber (Secondary) will have 1 3/8” (7-9) HOOK blades installed. The unit will be powered by (2) 100 H.P. electric motors that drive two Denison hydraulic pumps that drive a 525 KYB Hydraulic motor that drives the actual shredder. The shredder will come with a new custom built In-feed conveyor and a new custom-built out-feed conveyor. Also the shredder will come with the in-feed hopper, shredder stand, and the electrical control panel. It will come with a 30 day limited warranty. Finally we would provide a complete spare set of hardened knives for this shredder as part of this sale. We can add a brand new Bulk Handling System 2” rotary disc screen classifier and the (3) custom built re-circulating conveyors to this shredder and custom build the necessary stands and hoppers.
