Paper trading company SITA Paper Recycling, a division of SUEZ ENVIRONNEMENT, has acquired the shares of Doopa NV and Doopatrans NV on 1 August. Doopa NV and Doopatrans NV are subsidiaries of the Belgian VPK Packaging Group.

(MRMD), has acquired an additional 3.2% of the issued ordinary shares of Sims Group Limited, headquartered in Sydney, for approximately A$198 million (approximately 18.9 billion yen) through the Australian Stock Exchange.
